As the pace and scale of change continues to increase, the organisation is investing heavily in its Change Management function. Established relatively recently, the function has built strong foundations and is now entering its next phase of maturity. As a result, this role offers a rare opportunity not only to deliver change across high-profile programmes, but to influence how change is understood, led and embedded across the organisation for the long term. Your new roleYou will lead the people side of change across a portfolio of complex and interdependent transformation initiatives, helping senior leaders navigate significant organisational, technology and process change whilst ensuring colleagues are ready, willing and able to adopt new ways of working. Working directly with Executive Leadership Teams, SROs, senior leaders, Project Managers and Business Analysts, you will build awareness, understanding and buy-in for change management at every level of the organisation.
