Your new company
This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognised organisation in the midst of a significant transformation journey. Operating within a highly technical, data-driven environment, the organisation is delivering an ambitious portfolio of technology, ERP, digital and business transformation programmes designed to modernise services, improve ways of working and strengthen future capability. As the pace and scale of change continues to increase, the organisation is investing heavily in its Change Management function. Established relatively recently, the function has built strong foundations and is now entering its next phase of maturity. As a result, this role offers a rare opportunity not only to deliver change across high-profile programmes, but to influence how change is understood, led and embedded across the organisation for the long term.

Your new role
You will lead the people side of change across a portfolio of complex and interdependent transformation initiatives, helping senior leaders navigate significant organisational, technology and process change whilst ensuring colleagues are ready, willing and able to adopt new ways of working. Working directly with Executive Leadership Teams, SROs, senior leaders, Project Managers and Business Analysts, you will build awareness, understanding and buy-in for change management at every level of the organisation. A key part of your role will involve coaching senior leaders to become effective sponsors of change, challenging established thinking, influencing sceptical stakeholders and positioning change management as an enabler of successful delivery rather than an additional layer of process or governance. This organisation is actively seeking to increase its change maturity and embed change management as a core organisational capability. You will therefore play a central role in developing frameworks, improving adoption of existing methodologies and toolkits, strengthening accountability for change and helping leaders balance the need to deliver at pace with colleague readiness, engagement and sustainable adoption. Alongside stakeholder engagement and business readiness activity, you will use data, metrics and insight to influence decision-making, improve change outcomes and provide meaningful reporting on adoption, readiness, benefits realisation and organisational capability. Your success will be measured not just by programme delivery, but by your ability to increase leadership sponsorship, grow internal capability and help build a more mature and enduring approach to change across the organisation.

What you''ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Senior Change Manager with a proven background delivering change across large-scale technology, digital, ERP, data and business transformation programmes. You will bring significant experience coaching Executive Leadership Teams, SROs and senior stakeholders through complex transformation and will be able to demonstrate how you have built organisational buy-in for change, influenced resistant or sceptical audiences and increased organisational change maturity. You will have a track record of embedding change management capability rather than simply delivering change activities, with experience developing leaders, Project Managers and Business Analysts to become more effective change practitioners. You will be comfortable operating within complex matrix environments, balancing competing priorities whilst maintaining credibility and influence at the most senior levels. A highly data-driven approach is essential. You will be able to demonstrate how you have used insight, metrics and evidence to shape decisions, improve adoption, measure success and strengthen the overall value of change management within an organisation. Candidates who have helped establish, evolve or mature change management functions and frameworks will be particularly attractive, as will individuals with experience across both public and private sector environments. Prosci, APMG Change Management, MSP, APM or similar change and transformation qualifications would be advantageous.

What you''ll get in return
This is an opportunity to play a genuinely strategic role within a growing change function and influence how transformation is delivered across an entire organisation. You''ll work closely with senior decision-makers, shape organisational capability, coach leaders through complex change and leave a lasting legacy that extends far beyond individual programmes. Alongside a competitive day rate, you''ll gain exposure to large-scale transformation, significant stakeholder engagement and the opportunity to help build a mature, data-led and enterprise-wide approach to change management.
