About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Change Manager to play a pivotal role in leading major service transformation initiatives across a large, complex UK university environment.You will work within a multidisciplinary team focused on portfolio management, service design and change delivery, supporting large-scale programmes that include:Implementation of new enterprise systems (eg, ERP)Major campus development and redevelopmentDigital transformation across professional and academic servicesOrganisation-wide operating model redesignThis is a senior role responsible for shaping and delivering change strategies, ensuring that people, processes, structures, and technology transition smoothly and sustainably.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the change workstream within service design and operating model transformation projects across multiple business areas.Define and implement the change management strategy, approach, and roadmap for major organisational change programmes.Work closely with service leaders, programme teams, HR, and senior stakeholders to ensure changes are understood, adopted, and Embedded.Support prioritisation and sequencing of service areas undergoing operating model transformations.Identify, assess, and escalate change impacts across the programme portfolio.Deploy a range of change tools and methodologies to measure adoption, track progress, and report benefits realisation.Coach leaders and managers to drive change within their local areas, providing expert guidance ..... full job details .....
