Programme Lead - Change ManagerClient: Ealing CouncilAdecco are recruiting for an experienced Programme Lead - Change Manager to support the development and delivery of the NHS North West London Integrated Care Board WorkWell Service.Contract Details:Type: TemporaryPay: 42.22 per hour (PAYE)Location: Perceval House, EalingWorking Arrangements: Hybrid - 1 day a week in the officeHours: Full time, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)This is a strategically important role focused on reducing health inequalities, improving employment outcomes, and supporting the integration of services across the ICS and partner organisations.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on strategy, planning, programme delivery, partnership engagement, and reporting. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including NHS teams, Local Authorities, Public Health, DWP leads, and voluntary sector partners.
