Partner with commercial, brand, and shopper teams to deliver cross-functional plans. Influence range, merchandising, and innovation listings with compelling insight-led stories. Lead development of long-term growth plans aligned with customer goals. Manage and mentor a Category Analyst, guiding their growth.About You: Experience in a category role, ideally within drinks or FMCG. In-depth understanding of the UK grocery and/or ecommerce landscape. Strong commercial acumen and ability to turn data into actionable strategy. Confident influencer with proven stakeholder management skills. Collaborative mindset with a passion for driving change and delivering growth.
