Senior Category Manager

The Business:

The Role:

· Own category strategy across grocery and e-commerce accounts.

· Partner with commercial, brand, and shopper teams to deliver cross-functional plans.

· Influence range, merchandising, and innovation listings with compelling insight-led stories.

· Lead development of long-term growth plans aligned with customer goals.

· Manage and mentor a Category Analyst, guiding their growth.

About You:

· Experience in a category role, ideally within drinks or FMCG.

· In-depth understanding of the UK grocery and/or ecommerce landscape.

· Strong commercial acumen and ability to turn data into actionable strategy.

· Confident influencer with proven stakeholder management skills.

· Collaborative mindset with a passion for driving change and delivering growth.

· Previous line management or mentoring experience is advantageous.
