Senior Campaigns Officer needed in North London Paying £397.33 per day ref OR115947 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, development, and delivery of integrated behaviour change campaigns. Design multi-channel communications and engagement strategies to influence positive resident and community behaviours. Use audience insight, research, data, and evaluation to inform campaign activity and maximise outcomes. Develop targeted messaging for diverse audiences through digital, social media, print, outdoor advertising, and community engagement channels. Build strong relationships with internal teams, elected members, community organisations, businesses, and external partners. Monitor campaign performance and produce evaluation reports, recommendations, and performance metrics. Manage campaign budgets, timelines, resources, and external suppliers where required. Ensure communications are accessible, inclusive, resident-focused, and reflective of values. Support environmental initiatives relating to waste reduction, recycling, street cleansing, parks, neighbourhood improvement, and civic pride. Identify opportunities to increase public participation and encourage sustainable behavioural changes within communities.
