Collaborating with various teams across the Council, the successful candidate will ensure campaigns resonate with residents, driving engagement and supporting the organisation''s priorities.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish campaign objectives and key messages.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.Coordinate efforts across communications, digital, content, and social media teams.Ensure campaign messaging is clear, inclusive, and accessible.Analyse campaign performance and implement improvements as needed.Provide regular updates and evaluations of campaign success.Develop communication toolkits and training for internal teams.Support crisis communications and manage emergency messaging when required.
