Senior Business Analyst , playing a critical role in optimizing business processes, tools, and systems. Your focus will be on employing structured analysis and lean improvement techniques to drive operational excellence and support data-driven decisions.Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop business processes and procedures.Lead improvement initiatives from start to finish.Engage with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.Collaborate with IT to align business needs with technical capabilities.Provide training and support for new processes and systems.Experience Required:7-10 years of industry or consulting experience, ideally in the
