An established South West consultancy is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join its Exeter team.
With a strong pipeline of secured work across Devon, you’ll combine professional building surveying with project delivery across education, commercial, retail and care properties.

The Role

As Senior Building Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of projects from initial instruction through to completion, including:

• Professional building surveying services
• Refurbishment and asset improvement projects
• Project management and contract administration
• Specifications, reports and contract documentation
• Acting as lead consultant and key client contact
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders

What You’ll Need

• MRICS – essential
• Strong building surveying and project management experience
• Refurbishment/property improvement expertise
• CAD proficiency
• Revit advantageous, not essential
• Confident client-facing and communication skills
