Senior Building Surveyor

Conrad Consulting is proud to be partnering with a highly respected, multi-disciplinary property consultancy as they continue to strengthen their Building Surveying team. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor who thrives in a professional, client-focused environment and enjoys delivering high-quality surveying services across the commercial property sector.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take a leading role in delivering a broad range of professional building surveying duties, including:

• Dilapidations, schedules of condition and technical due diligence

• Building pathology, defect analysis and reporting

• Planned maintenance programmes and lifecycle assessments

• Party wall matters and neighbourly advice

• Contract administration and project oversight on refurbishment schemes

• Supporting junior surveyors and contributing to team development

This role offers the chance to work with a diverse commercial client base, providing technical expertise and trusted professional advice on a wide variety of property types.

What we’re looking for

• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or close to achieving chartership

• Strong technical knowledge and experience within the commercial sector

• Confident in client-facing situations, with excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage your own workload while supporting wider team objectives

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to high standards
