Senior Building Inspector

We are working with a fantastic-Building Control team for a London Borough who are looking to bring on a Senior Building Inspector to join the team.-

Acting in a senior capacity, this is a crutial role within the organisation providing a range of professional services.-

You will be carrying out site inspections, handling validations, spearheading complex building regulation applications.

You will:

• bring-relevant experience in the delivery and supervision of building control services.
• demonstrate-a thorough understanding of buildings within the scope of the Building Safety Regulator.
• be registered with the Building Safety Regulator at minimum Class 2F.
• be educated to degree level in a relevant subject.
• be a member of a relevant professional body such as RICS, ABE, CABE, or CIOB.
• have-excellent understanding of building regulations and processes alongside your ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and technical information.
• implement change and improvement processes, motivating others, and consistently producing high-quality work under pressure.
