Senior Building Services Engineer

Thomas Search Ltd are working in partnership with a prestigious Ministry of Defence facilities contractor for the resource of a new Senior Building Services Engineer based in Tidworth. Salary: Up to £75,000Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekendsLocation: Tidworth This is a senior technical leadership role, working closing with the Head of Estates, acting as the senior technical authority for Hard FM/Building Services across the contract. Ideally we''re looking for a chartered individual, or someone who is IEng with deserve to become CEng. You will provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise across building services engineering disciplines throughout the estate. You will act as the senior technical authority and escalation point for complex engineering issues, critical asset failures and operational risks. You will lead root cause investigations, identify recurring defects and implement engineering solutions that improve reliability and reduce risk. You will evaluate asset performance and develop lifecycle replacement plans that support long term operational resilience. You will support major incidents, service disruptions and business continuity events while helping restore critical services. You will coach, mentor and develop technical capability across teams while building strong stakeholder relationships.
