Senior Building Manager

Catch 22 are working with a leading property management organisation who are seeking an experienced Senior Building Manager to take responsibility for a prestigious commercial property in Manchester, near Trafford Centre.This is an outstanding opportunity to manage a landmark, multi-occupancy asset, taking ownership of all hard and soft FM services, contractor performance, occupier engagement, health and safety compliance and operational excellence. The successful candidate will also play a key role in driving service improvements, supporting strategic FM initiatives and leading on-site service partners to ensure the property continues to operate to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery and ongoing performance of all hard and soft FM services across the building.Manage specialist contractors through KPI-led performance management, contract reviews and monthly supplier meetings.Oversee planned preventative maintenance programmes and ensure statutory compliance across the property.Manage service charge expenditure, invoice approvals and budget monitoring, identifying and reporting any significant variances.Lead minor works projects from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.Conduct regular building inspections, audits and health and safety reviews.Provide leadership and oversight of cleaning, security and maintenance providers, chairing regular operational meetings and driving service ..... full job details .....
