CHARTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR / ASSOCIATE / ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR Manchester Hybrid Working Circa £70,000 + Bonus (c. £80,000 package) I''m working with a growing independent property and construction consultancy looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor as part of the continued expansion of its Building Consultancy team. My client is flexible on seniority and will consider candidates from Chartered/Senior Surveyor through to Associate or Associate Director. My client is an established property and construction group operating nationally, with offices in Manchester, London and the Midlands. Together, the business provides services from initial surveys, technical advice and feasibility through to structural engineering, project management and construction delivery. The company works across the public and private sectors for property managers, corporate occupiers, healthcare organisations, education providers, local authorities and other commercial clients. The group also incorporates a specialist Surveying and Engineering business delivering commercial surveying, structural appraisals and engineering-led consultancy, alongside a contracting division delivering refurbishment, structural alteration and construction projects. Significant investment in marketing and BD has created a strong volume of inbound enquiries and an established project pipeline.
