About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to join our UK Marketing team. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving category and brand performance across the UK market within STG.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Assist in leading the category, brand and commercial strategy for STG UK’s commercial agendaProactive portfolio management incl. NPD based on market trends and gap analysisManaging NPD launches and other relevant projects in coordination with internal and external stakeholders incl. KPI tracking and results analysisDeveloping channel specific growth strategies in for the categoryPlanning, management and implementation of brand activation and sales cycle measuresPreparation, coordination and implementation of the yearly business plans within Group Marketing and Commercial ExcellenceCross-portfolio implementation and management of trade activation concepts and communications incl. trade fairs and eventsAnalysis of market, competitors and consumer behavior incl. recommended strategiesBudget planning and cost controlManagement of external agencies and service providers (research, creation, print, POS, BTL, promotion)

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?

5+ years of experience in a brand marketing role.Strong capabilities in branding, campaign development, and project managementAccountability for brand performanceStrong commercial mindset and proven ability to contribute to category PandL performanceInternational and data-driven mindsetProactive and growth-oriented individual who can transform ideas into action, embrace continuous learning, and confidently contribute innovative perspectives to drive positive changeDegree in a relevant field and strong communication skills in English, both written and

verbal
