We’re a small marketing team, with a lot to do! You’ll be working alongside the Senior Brand Manager as well as our Technical and Sales teams to deliver the best experience to our current and future consumers. This is a great opportunity for a current ABM, or a Marketing Executive looking to step up.Social media management
Build and manage the strategy for TCC social media channels, effectively sharing news with current followers while growing our tribe with engaging, relevant, and sometimes trend-led content.Create necessary static and video content for TCC feeds, from in-store and recipe videos through to launch announcements, collaborations with other brands and OOH. Plan and schedule content effectively, with a plan ahead of time to cover holidays etc.Own tracking of effectiveness of content and report to Senior Brand Manager monthly – A/B test and look for continuous improvement across content.Work alongside our Grocery team to understand and proactively support necessary products and retailers.
Paid social
Plan and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and TRIBE.Effectively optimise and A/B test all paid social towards agreed goals, maximising reach/impressions/ad recall.Stay abreast of best practices and new opportunities.Report effectively on paid social campaigns.
Influencers, content creators, and photography
Handle selection of influencers and content creators – natively or through TRIBE platform – to best select creators that will deliver the most for TCC.Manage budget for content as well as negotiations.
Consumer care
You’re the brand champion! Alongside our Technical team, respond to all queries and complaints through social media.Leave all consumers with a better impression of TCC than they had before getting in touch with us.
Trade
Work alongside our OOH Sales team to identify new opportunities for TCC listings with cafes, restaurants, contract caterers etc.Create effective content to showcase these listings to consumers, or to help generate future listings.Support with graphic design for trade, creating needed flyers, brochures, recipe cards etc.
Events
Support the Senior Brand Manager with events, trade shows and product samplings.NB this may occasionally require evening or weekend work.Proactively plan and deliver smaller events and activations aligned to the creative platform.
Office management
Provide support for the business on daily tasks such as managing send outs, managing product stock in the office, and maintaining the office environment.Manage and order branded merch, trade collateral etc.Organise and plan team socials and events.Over 18 months experience working in an FMCG marketing roleAble to work from our London Bridge office 3 days a weekSuper organised and great communication skills, whether it’s replying to consumers or in-person at eventsCreative – and looking to develop further! Experience with at least Canva is great, but Adobe Creative Cloud preferredDemonstratable experience creating high-quality social media content for an FMCG brand or in food generally
