What you''ll be doing: Developing accurate, competitive cost estimates for BMS and HVAC systems, including materials, labour, and scope Collaborating with Sales and Design teams to support bid development and win strategies Interpreting RFQs and designing fit-for-purpose technical solutions Producing detailed proposals, Bills of Materials, and technical documentation Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing Conducting technical and commercial reviews for internal approvals Partnering with Operations to validate costs, identify risks, and improve efficiencies Supporting client meetings, negotiations, and technical discussions Staying up-to-date with the latest BMS, HVAC, and smart building technologies Ensuring compliance with processes, quality standards, and health and safety policies What you''ll bring: Over five years'' experience in BMS/HVAC estimating or pre-sales engineering Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems and HVAC solutions Proven ..... full job details .....
