This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering complex Building Management System (BMS) and HVAC solutions across a range of projects.You''ll play a key role in producing accurate, competitive cost estimates while collaborating with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure technically sound and commercially viable solutions.This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract with an immediate start preferred to allow for a comprehensive handover, with potential for extension depending on business needs. (Hybrid/Office-based - with occasional UK travel)Contract Role PAY Rate: 26.49 per hourStart Date: ASAP (latest 1st June)Working Hours: 9am-5pm Key ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate, timely, and professional cost estimates for BMS/HVAC systems, including materials, labour, and full project scopePartner with Sales, Design Engineers, and Operations teams to develop cost-engineered solutionsReview RFQs and engage early with stakeholders to define requirements and propose suitable designsDevelop detailed proposals, including Bills of Materials, assumptions, inclusions, and exclusionsSource and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to optimise cost efficiencyConduct internal technical and commercial reviews to support approvals and submissionsProvide insights from past projects to enhance future estimating ..... full job details .....
