My client are seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our finance team, primarily reporting to the Billing Manager with additional responsibilities to the Financial Controller and/or Head of Finance. This role involves supporting the finance function in day-to-day billing, estimating, and reporting tasks related to client billing. The ideal candidate will assist in the delivery of comprehensive billing services and support a wide range of billing activities. Day-to-day of the role: Bill Processing: Ensure prompt and accurate production of all bills, adhering to VAT rules and standards.Assist in processing write-offs of unbillable time and disbursements.Handle inter-folio transfers and prepare soft copy bills for distribution.Liaise with fee earners to resolve billing queries and manage a client portfolio within the E-Billing process. Estimating and Reporting Services: Support in providing estimating services and preparing Work in Progress and Costs Incurred reports for clients and fee earners.Provide billing information to fee earners upon request. System and Related Services: Assist in testing upgrades of billing software and maintain system tasks.Support in systems, process, and technical training as directed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent Excel skills.Strong understanding of VAT rules relating to billing (desirable).Exceptional arithmetic, written, and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients and partners across all business levels.High ..... full job details .....
