As a Senior EMEA Benefits Specialist at Miro, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our benefits programs across multiple EMEA countries. You will leverage your expertise in multi-country benefits, vendor management, and data analysis to ensure our programs remain compliant, competitive, and aligned with employee needs. This role is essential for maintaining a high-quality employee experience while providing actionable insights to support business decisions. You will act as the primary benefits expert for EMEA, balancing operational excellence with strategic thinking.What you’ll do

Own the administration and compliance of EMEA benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefitsConduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure benefits offerings remain competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with industry best practicesManage relationships with vendors and brokers to ensure high-quality service, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvementRespond to employee inquiries and sensitive situations with empathy, accuracy, and professionalismCollaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless operations and cross-functional alignmentMonitor regulatory changes across EMEA countries and recommend program updates to maintain compliance and relevanceDevelop and execute communications to engage employees and increase awareness and utilization of benefits programsWhat you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience managing benefits in multiple EMEA countries, ideally in a global SaaS or technology companyStrong knowledge of multi-country benefits regulations, statutory requirements, and cultural nuancesExperience managing multiple vendors and brokers, including practices in data sharing, bill payments and issue escalationsExcellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex workflowsStrong analytical skills, with experience working with large datasets to generate actionable insightsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy for employees in complex situationsCollaborative mindset and ability to build strong working relationships across People and business functionsWhat’s in it for you
