Senior Benefits and Wellbeing Advisor

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for an experienced and proactive Senior Benefits and Wellbeing Advisor to join their collaborative HR team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a benefits and wellbeing specialist to take ownership of the employee benefits and wellbeing agenda across Europe, acting as a trusted subject matter expert and strategic partner to colleagues across the firm. You''ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring the benefits and wellbeing programmes are competitive, compliant, cost-effective and genuinely support employees. You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders, HR colleagues, Finance, HR Systems, brokers and external providers, while having the opportunity to shape and continuously improve the benefits offering. The successful applicant will take a leading role across the full benefits and wellbeing lifecycle, including: Managing and continuously enhancing benefits programmes across London and Europe. Leading annual benefits renewals, including market reviews, benchmarking, utilisation analysis and provider performance reviews. Acting as the escalation point for complex benefits queries and building strong relationships with brokers and providers. Overseeing pension arrangements, including governance, contributions and auto-enrolment requirements.
