About the Role The role will entail: Act as the first point of contact on benefit queries and provide advice on various programs Manage the benefits platform, including managing reports Utilise data analytics to enhance offering Complete competitor analysis Oversee training and benefits budget Manage relationships with third party vendors Salary and benefit benchmarking Manage the annual benefits renewal process Job Requirements The successful candidate will have proven experience of benefits advisory in either a law firm or professional services firm.
