You''ll work on a high-quality caseload of acquisition, development, investment and refinancing transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers across a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years'' PQE in Banking and Finance. Strong real estate finance experience. Experience drafting and negotiating facility, security and intercreditor documentation.
