Senior Cost Manager / Senior Associate - Utilities An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Cost Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Associate to join a growing commercial consultancy delivering major utilities and energy infrastructure programmes across the UK. Working within a specialist cost management team, you will support high-profile regulated and non-regulated projects across power, water, wastewater, telecoms, gas, district energy, renewables and emerging energy infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Lead commercial delivery across utilities and energy infrastructure projects. Provide pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services. Develop cost plans, forecasts, commercial reports and risk registers. Manage procurement, tender evaluation, contract administration and change control. Advise on cost modelling, benchmarking, value engineering and commercial strategy. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and project teams. Promote commercial governance, compliance and best practice. Support business development, bids and continuous improvement initiatives.
