Advising UK and international clients, you''ll handle equity capital markets, investment funds, fundraisings, public company transactions and regulatory matters, with excellent training, high-quality work and long-term career progression. About the RoleAdvise listed companies, investment funds and financial institutions on capital markets transactions.Handle IPOs, fundraisings, placings, rights issues and listings.Advise on public company governance, disclosure and regulatory matters.Advise investment funds on launches, fundraisings and restructurings.Manage transactions, including cross-border and multi-disciplinary teams.Develop client relationships and support business development.Mentor junior lawyers.EssentialQualified solicitor with 4+ PQE in corporate, capital markets or financial services.Strong capital markets and corporate transaction experience.Excellent drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills.Commercially minded with strong client-handling abilities.Organised, collaborative and proactive.DesirableListed company and/or investment fund experience.IPO, fundraising or equity capital markets experience.FCA-regulated client experience.Cross-border transaction experience.What''s on ..... full job details .....
