The successful candidate will join an established practice with an impressive client base and will have the opportunity to take significant responsibility for client relationships and matters while continuing to develop their profile and career. Key Responsibilities Advise employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Manage complex employment matters and provide commercially focused, pragmatic advice. Advise on disciplinary and grievance matters, dismissals, discrimination, restructuring and redundancy. Handle and oversee employment tribunal matters and other employment-related disputes. Draft and review employment contracts, policies, settlement agreements and related documentation. Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients and provide ongoing strategic employment advice.
