An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist to become part of our expanding Architectural team at ESA Architecture. You will realize preliminary designs into buildable solutions, coordinating detailed information across all disciplines and providing a first point of contact to the site delivery team. You will address package procurement and programming in line with design deliverables, respond to technical queries, review sub-contractor information, attend and lead Design Team and Coordination Meetings, support the Contractor during the build, and report monthly on project status to management.You must be able to work well as part of an integrated design team. You should have excellent attention to detail, efficiency and quality, be a good communicator with clients and professional delivery staff.What You’ll Be Doing

Provide strong technical design support to project teams and deliver successful projects in accordance with client requirements.Act as team leader when required, managing time efficiently and supporting the project leader.Manage and supervise technical project teams, with liaison to Client and Contractor.Organize and coordinate Design Teams and sub-contractors.Deliver day-to-day project tasks across all stages, including design deliverables, technical information, addressing queries, site inspections, condition surveys, monitoring delivery, and identifying design changes that could impact fees or program timelines.What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate

HNC/HND in Architecture/Building Construction or BSc in Architectural Technology or equivalent.Eligible member of a professional institution (MCIAT/Chartered Architectural Technologist or equivalent).Understanding of Building Regulations and relevant technical design guidance.REVIT and Navisworks to achieve Level 2 BIM project delivery.Ability to obtain UK Security Check (SC).Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
