Based in our vibrant, modern studio in central Cardiff, you’ll be part of a strong team dedicated to delivering ambitious and diverse projects.You’ll take a leading role in managing the full construction lifecycle, contributing to impactful projects across a variety of sectors. 3+ years’ post qualification experience including leading projects.Proficient in using Revit, generally tech savvy with good BIM understanding.Exceptional design skills with a thorough knowledge of technical and construction information.Experience in delivering architectural projects under traditional and design and build procurement routes.Client focus and commercial awareness with experience of establishing and consolidating relationships to identify and realise business opportunities.Collaborative team player with good motivation, influencing, people management and delegation skills.Experience of all RIBA Plan of Work stages from inception to traditional contract administration (desirable).Legal knowledge relating to contracts, regulations, codes etc.Our studio
