This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Architectural Technician to take a senior role within the team, contributing technical expertise to the preservation and enhancement of historic buildings while delivering projects from concept through to completion.RequirementsSignificant UK-based experience working as an Architectural Technician, ideally at a senior level.A genuine passion for historic buildings, building conservation and sustainable design.Strong technical knowledge of historic building conservation, maintenance and repair.Proven experience producing detailed technical drawings and construction information using AutoCAD.Strong project, programme and budget management skills.Experience in contract administration and an understanding of construction contracts.Experience managing or supporting a small team and contributing to their development.A full, clean driving licence, access to a car and the ability to commute within the Oxfordshire region.RoleWorking on projects through all stages, from initial concept through ..... full job details .....
