Architectural TechnicianLocation: Midlands Salary: Negotiable Type: PermanentSector: Architectural and Building ConsultancyThe OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Architectural Technician to join an established multidisciplinary consultancy, working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK.This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Architectural Technician who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle and wants to develop their career within a collaborative consultancy environment.The RoleAs an Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawings and construction information, working closely with architects, engineers, consultants and clients to develop coordinated design solutions.Your responsibilities will include:Producing detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and construction details.Developing designs from concept through to technical design and construction stages.Producing and coordinating technical information using AutoCAD and/or Revit.Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.Ensuring drawings and technical documentation comply with relevant Building Regulations, British Standards and project requirements.Assisting with design development, technical detailing, material specifications and buildability.Coordinating information with external consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.Attending site visits ..... full job details .....
