Lead and run education projects, particularly within the schools sector, from concept through to completionManage multiple or complex projects to meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectationsDirect and mentor junior architects, supporting their professional developmentLead client meetings, presentations, and engagement with stakeholdersOversee design development, technical delivery, and coordination with consultantsManage project finances including fees, invoicing, and profitabilityContribute to securing new work and generating positive PR for the businessRequired Skills and Experience
RIBA Part 3 (or equivalent) with 3+ post-qualification experienceProven track record delivering schools projects, including DfE-led schemesStrong design, technical and presentation skills with Revit proficiencyExperience of projects valued between £5m-£20mAbility to manage teams, collaborate across disciplines, and build strong client relationshipsKnowledge of MMC solutions, refurbishment and retrofit approachesExperience with SEN, Further or Higher Education projects (desirable)Understanding of BIM workflows and technical advisor roles in education projects (desirable)What you get back
