Lead and deliver education projects (particularly schools, including DfE-led schemes)Manage multiple/complex projects through all RIBA stagesDirect and mentor junior architectsLead client meetings, presentations + stakeholder engagementManage project finances, fees + profitabilityContribute to winning new work + supporting business growthQualifications
RIBA Part 3 (or equivalent) with 3+ years post-qualification experienceProven track record delivering schools projects (DfE experience ideal)Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflowsExperience on projects £5m–£20m in valueAbility to manage teams + build strong client relationshipsKnowledge of MMC, refurbishment + retrofit approachesBonus: Experience with SEN, Further or Higher Education projects, and Technical Advisor rolesBenefits
