Experienced Architect / AssociateLocation: London, Birmingham or Leicester (Hybrid)Salary: £50,000-£75,000 DOESector: Industrial and LogisticsAn established, multidisciplinary architectural practice is seeking an experienced Architect or Associate to lead and grow its Industrial and Logistics sector across one of its UK studios.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to take ownership of a growing sector, lead high-profile projects from inception through to completion, and play a key role in business development and team leadership. For the right individual, there is a clear pathway towards Associate Director.The RoleLead the delivery of Industrial and Logistics projects across all RIBA stages (0-6).Act as Lead Designer on major commissions.Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.Support business development and contribute to the continued growth of the sector.Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.Produce and review technical drawing packages and construction information.Prepare and review NBS specifications.Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants.Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, British Standards and planning requirements.RequirementsARB Registered Architect.Proven experience delivering Industrial and Logistics projects.Strong understanding of UK planning policy, Building Regulations and British Standards.Experience leading projects through ..... full job details .....
