Responsibilities

Lead projects from concept through handover, managing design quality, programme and budgetDirect multidisciplinary teams, coordinating interiors, landscape and environmental consultantsProduce and oversee BIM models in Revit, integrating parametric workflows from Rhino and GrasshopperPrepare planning submissions, client presentations and tender packages with clarity and confidenceMentor Part II and newly qualified architects, supporting their technical growth and soft skillsRepresent the practice at site, resolving complex construction issues and safeguarding design intentChampion sustainable design strategies, materials research and low carbon detailing

Skills

ARB registration with a minimum six years post-Part III UK experienceProven delivery of high value International residential, hospitality or mixed use projectsExpert Revit proficiency and solid knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper and Adobe CCExcellent communication, leadership and client facing abilitiesPassion for crafted luxury, placemaking and multidisciplinary collaboration
