Lead and run large-scale projects (c. £20m+) from inception to completionManage multiple on-site projects simultaneously, delegating effectively to junior team membersWrite full specifications and develop detailed technical design solutionsManage and coordinate the design team and associated consultantsTake responsibility for project delivery, ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirementsLead client engagement, presentations and ongoing relationship managementOversee project finances including fees, invoicing and profitabilityMentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing across the practiceSupport the regional director in winning new work and growing client accountRequired Skills and Experience
Proven track record running complex projects from design to deliveryStrong technical expertise with Revit and BIM workflowsAbility to produce and manage detailed specifications and technical packagesExperience coordinating consultants and managing small project teamsKnowledge of MMC solutions, net zero carbon design and sustainable approachesUnderstanding of refurbishment, repair, reuse and deconstruction strategiesAbility to manage workload across multiple projects and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills, able to build rapport with clients and stakeholdersKnowledge of Dynamo scripting, NBS Chorus and education sector experience (desirable)Experience managing remote outsourced delivery partners (desirable)What you get back
