Senior Analyst (Arabic Media Monitoring)

Overview

We are currently looking for a

Senior Analyst

to join one of the group’s specialist divisions. This role sits within M+C Saatchi World Services, a specialist division of MandC Saatchi Group. World Services partners with governments, civil society, foundations, academia, and the private sector to work on critical issues such as national security, social justice and conflict prevention. We provide a fully integrated, end-to-end service, combining multi-discipline communications teams with subject matter experts across the world. Our work is domestic and global, often affecting the most vulnerable in society, with international activity oriented towards developing countries and fragile, conflict-affected states. We have almost 250 colleagues globally in the UK, US, Singapore, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates, working with clients across all corners of the world.We are proud of our trusted, collaborative, and diverse culture and continuously seek to grow and evolve.

What you will bring (skills, experience)

Fluency in ArabicDegree in international relations, political science, Middle Eastern studies, or other related humanities or social scienceAt least one year’s relevant professional experience working on the politics, culture, and information environment of the Middle EastExcellent writing, editing, analytical and presentational skillsAbility to conduct rapid and robust secondary researchProficient in the use of Boolean operators and social listening software

Desirable

Proficiency in other Middle Eastern languagesFamiliarity with qualitative and quantitative research techniques
