Our Client, a large US Investment Manager, is currently looking to hire a Senior Analyst within their Fixed Income Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing trader support for the firm''s Investment Desks and will have some exposure to supervisory responsibilities.Responsibilities:Take ownership for any operational issues that are raised and provide resolution.Seek ways to improve current processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing automated solutions.Thoughtfully assess and manage risk. Identify trends/reoccurrences and implement practical solutions.Support broader trade room support initiatives (i.e. Branding, Community Leadership).Keep abreast of industry initiatives and market trends that can impact the business model.Requirements:At least 4 years experience within a Fixed Income Trade Support or Portfolio Analyst position.Excellent knowledge of Fixed Income investment products (including Derivatives), strategies, trading systems, and operational support requirements.Solid understanding of the full trade life cycle.Strong analytical skills and attention to ..... full job details .....
