We''re working with a leading environmental consultancy that is looking for a Senior Air Quality Consultant to join their growing team in Chester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced consultant who''s ready to step into a leadership role, guiding projects, mentoring junior colleagues, and delivering high-profile work across infrastructure, transport, and urban development sectors.

As a Senior Air Quality Consultant, you''ll be responsible for:

• Leading the delivery of air quality impact assessments, dispersion modelling, and compliance projects.

• Producing clear, high-quality technical reports for clients, regulators, and local authorities.

• Supporting business development and contributing to the strategic growth of the air quality team.

• Providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

• Delivering air quality impact assessments and dispersion modelling projects

• Reviewing and producing high-quality technical documentation

• Supporting client relationships and proposal development

• Acting as a mentor and technical lead within the team

• 4+ years'' experience in air quality consultancy or regulation

• Strong knowledge of ADMS, AERMOD, and IAQM/EPUK guidance

• Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Geography, or similar discipline

• Chartered (CEnv/IAQM) or working toward this (preferred)

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Full UK driving licence
