- For our people to excelTo collaborate with and support various project teams in identifying financing and exit strategies for real estate development projects. This may include the sourcing, analysis, financial modelling, and strategic planning of both new and existing opportunities. In addition to supporting Mace-led initiatives, the role may also involve secondment to or review of third-party client projects, including but not limited to developments across Mace’s global hubs.You’ll be responsible for:
Work closely with project teams to assess and develop financing and exit strategies.Conduct financial optioneering and scenario analysis to inform strategic decisions.Support the preparation of business cases and investment proposals.Provide strategic input on third-party client projects as required.Collaborate across Mace’s global network to leverage insights and best practices.You’ll need to have:
In depth experience in undertaking consultancy at a strategic level.Experience of working in a dynamic or complex environment with a high degree of uncertainty.Able to apply the Mace behaviours to commissions, demonstrating curiosity to discover novel solutions.Comprehensive analytical skills - use of Excel and external data sources.Degree or equivalent level of study/experience.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
