The Senior Administrator will support the secretarial and business support functions in a not-for-profit organisation. Term Time Only Client DetailsThis small-sized not-for-profit and charities organisation.DescriptionAs a Senior Administrator your responsibilities will include:Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems with high accuracy.Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for team members and stakeholders.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.Provide administrative support to the secretarial and business support teams.Respond to inquiries and provide information professionally and promptly.Assist with the organisation and execution of events and workshops.Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.Support other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the management team.ProfileA successful Senior Administrator should have:Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.Strong organisational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure effectively.Job OfferHourly pay of approximately 14 - 15 per hour Term Time Only ..... full job details .....
