Description
As a Senior Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems with high accuracy.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Provide administrative support to the secretarial and business support teams.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information professionally and promptly.
- Assist with the organisation and execution of events and workshops.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Support other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the management team.
Profile
A successful Senior Administrator should have:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
