Senior Acoustic Consultant

to join their growing team in Bristol.

The Role

Lead and manage RIBA Stages 2 6 building acoustics projects, from early design through to completion.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and design teams, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.

Deliver pragmatic, creative acoustic solutions that balance technical requirements with client needs.

Take responsibility for project and design team management, ensuring outputs meet the highest professional standards.

Mentor and support junior team members, helping to grow capability within the Bristol office.

Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and influencing future strategy.

Represent the consultancy at meetings and events, enhancing visibility and professional reputation.

Minimum Skills / Experience

C. 4+ years experience in acoustic consultancy, with a strong emphasis on building acoustics.

Proven ability to manage RIBA 2 6 projects and coordinate with multi-disciplinary design teams.

Chartered or working towards Chartered status with the IOA (or equivalent).

Excellent technical, communication, and client-facing skills.

Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for contributing to company growth and direction.

A collaborative approach with a passion for mentoring and developing others.

The Package

Salary: circa £40,000 £50,000 (depending on experience).
