Senior Accountant Finance Process and Reporting Improvement 6-Month FTC 50,000- 60,000 Hybrid (2-3 days in office) The OpportunityAn opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded finance professional to join an organisation on a six-month fixed-term contract, supporting a review and implementation of improvements across finance processes, management reporting and systems. This role will suit someone with strong technical finance skills, excellent Excel capabilities and a hands-on approach to improving processes, enhancing reporting and partnering with stakeholders across the business. Key ResponsibilitiesReview existing finance processes, management reporting and controls, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and consistency.Support the design and implementation of improved finance processes, reporting frameworks and systems.Develop and enhance management reporting to provide meaningful financial insight and support business decision-making.Partner with Finance Managers and wider business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver practical solutions.Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes using Excel and finance systems.Support the implementation and embedding of new processes across the finance function.
