We know that our people are our greatest strength in achieving our goals, and we understand how competitive the recruitment market is, so we do things differently here and truly value our people and our culture.About the role: Manage a national account covering 40+ sites, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all locations.Oversee and support the account managers with the day-to-day activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders through clear, transparent, and professional communication. Understand client workforce requirements and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timescales. Work closely with our National Resourcing Centre to coordinate and fulfil recruitment demands.Liaise with second-tier suppliers to ensure all staffing requirements are met efficiently and effectively.Attend client visits, performance reviews, and operational meetings both in person and via Microsoft Teams.Collaborate with Proman''s Compliance Team to ensure ..... full job details .....
