Senior Account Executive

Purpose of role

Lawes are working exclusively with a well-established and expanding Insurance Broker to recruit an experienced Account Executive / Senior Account Executive to join their commercial team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a substantial portfolio of clients while driving new business opportunities and contributing to the team’s continued growth. You will provide exceptional client service by managing and growing a diverse commercial portfolio, building strong relationships, and delivering effective risk and protection solutions.Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutionsManage a portfolio of clients, overseeing renewals, adjustments and day-to-day servicingIdentify opportunities for growth, both within existing accounts and through new business developmentMaintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirementsSupport and contribute to a collaborative team environmentDay-to-day

Meeting with clients across Buckinghamshire, London and the Home CountiesHandling client queries and providing timely, professional advicePreparing and presenting renewal terms and recommendationsMonitoring market developments to ensure clients receive the most suitable solutionsSupporting junior colleagues and sharing technical knowledgeExperience

Proven background in managing commercial clients within a professional services environmentTrack record of business development and client retentionExperience of working with a broad range of industry sectorsUnderstanding of compliance, governance, and industry regulationsSkills
