Senior 3rd Line IT Support Engineer London (EC) £50,000 - Hybrid Working I m supporting a fast-growing Managed Service Provider in the creative sector as they look to hire an experienced Solutions Engineer to join their team. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on complex infrastructure, 3rd-line support, and leading technical project delivery. The RoleAs a key technical figure, you ll handle high-level escalations, deliver infrastructure and cloud projects (Azure), and work closely with clients to design and implement robust IT solutions. You ll also mentor junior engineers and ensure best practice across the team. Key ResponsibilitiesLead 3rd-line support across servers, networking, virtualisation, cloud and securityDeliver end-to-end projects: server migrations, Azure deployments, network upgradesAct as a technical point of contact for clientsMentor and support junior engineersOversee security solutions and ensure complianceProduce clear documentation and client reports Technical RequirementsStrong expertise in Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOsSolid experience with VMware/Hyper-V and Microsoft AzureBackup and DR knowledge (e.g., Veeam, Acronis, Cove)Strong networking: VLANs, VPNs, firewalls (Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto, Watchguard)Storage experience (Dell, Synology)Endpoint security technologies (Defender, Sophos)Proven background delivering complex IT projects Package and Benefits40-hour week, Mon FriWFH Fridays + additional remote days22 days holiday + BH (rising ..... full job details .....
