I m working with a leading Managed Service Provider in the creative industry who are looking to add a Senior 2nd Line Engineer to their team. This is a great next step for someone with around 3+ years experience in IT infrastructure, ideally within an MSP environment. The RoleYou ll deliver advanced 2nd / 3rd-line support, act as an escalation point for junior engineers, and get involved in a range of client projects including upgrades, migrations, and virtualisation work. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 3rd-line troubleshooting across servers, networking, and virtualisationConfigure and manage Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOsSupport Hyper-V/VMware environmentsManage backups and DR using VeeamSupport networking: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, VPNAssist with cloud technologies (M365, Intune, Google Apps, AWS S3)Work on infrastructure and migration projectsMaintain documentation and deliver excellent customer service Technical RequirementsStrong Windows Server and AD experienceHyper-V / VMware exposureVeeam Backup and Replication knowledgeSolid networking fundamentalsExperience with Lucidlink / Egnyte (remote file storage)Intune and MDT knowledgeFamiliarity with endpoint security tools (Defender, Sophos, Bitdefender) Package and Benefits40-hour week, Mon FriWFH Fridays + additional remote days22 days holiday + BH (rising to 25)Company socials, awards and referral bonusesProfessional development and training ..... full job details .....
