SENCo - Long-Term Role South Birmingham (Bartley Green)£200-£300 per day (DOE)Full-time Immediate / Easter startA secondary school in South Birmingham is looking for an experienced SENCo to take full responsibility for SEND provision on a long-term basis.This is a high-demand role in a school where SEND needs are significant. You will need to be confident leading from the front, managing EHCP processes, and working closely with SLT, staff, and external agencies.The Role:Lead and manage SEND provision across the schoolOversee EHCPs, annual reviews, and interventionsWork closely with SLT and teaching staff to improve outcomesSupport behaviour strategies for students with additional needsThe Ideal Candidate:Qualified Teacher with SENCo experience (or aspiring SENCo with strong background)Confident managing a high caseload of SEND studentsStrong understanding of EHCP processes and statutory requirementsResilient, organised, and able to lead in a demanding environmentWhat''s on Offer:£200-£300 per day depending on experienceFull-time, long-term stabilityOpportunity to step into (or continue in) a leadership roleImmediate start availableThis role is not suited to someone looking for a light workload.
