Key-Responsibilities

• Lead-and-coordinate-SEND-provision-across-the-school
• Provide-expert-guidance-to-staff-on-inclusive-teaching-and-learning
• Oversee-assessment,-intervention-planning-and-progress-tracking-for-SEND-students
• Work-closely-with-families,-external-agencies-and-pastoral-teams
• Ensure-statutory-responsibilities-for-EHCPs-and-SEND-provision-are-met

Essential-Requirements

• Qualified-Teacher-Status-and-SENCo-qualification
• Successful-experience-supporting-SEND-students-in-a-secondary-setting
• Strong-leadership,-communication-and-data-analysis-skills
